Nothing is charged today
knyt is free of charge during the launch period. There are no paid plans, we do not ask for card details, and we take no payments — so there is nothing to refund.
When subscriptions arrive
We are building a paid subscription. This page is updated with the final terms before any payment is taken, and you will see the price, what it includes and how renewal works before you buy. Nobody is moved onto a paid plan automatically.
The intention is this:
- A 14-day right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of buying it and get your money back. Write to hello@knyt.studio — the standard EU withdrawal form works, but any clear message will do.
- A free trial first. A subscription starts with a free trial that needs no card details, so you can try knyt properly before anything is charged.
- Cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your subscription running to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a period already under way, unless the law or the circumstances say otherwise.
- Our mistakes are on us. If we charged you wrongly, or the service was broken in a way that made it unusable, write to us and we will put it right.
